Security deposits, first months rent/prorated rent, pet deposits and administration fee may be paid in your Resident Portal and needs to be paid before your scheduled move in date. If you are paying by eCheck, *Payslip, ACH, debit or credit card, the payment must be made 7 days before your scheduled move in date, or you will not be allowed access on your move in date. You can also make an instant payment by wiring funds. Please email us (email@example.com) to obtain wiring instructions, you will have to pay an additional wiring fee.
*To use PaySlip, you simply take cash to any participating locations (7-Eleven, CVS, Family Dollar, or Ace Cash Express). Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain your electronic PaySlip.
