Financial Criteria
- Minimum income must equal 2.5× the monthly rent (Example: $2,937.50/month in income for $1,175 rent)
- Security deposit + first month’s rent required before move-in
Payment accepted via wire transfer only — no checks, cash, or money orders. - A signed lease is required to hold the property.

Applicant Guidelines
- Every person aged 18 or older must submit a separate application.
- All intended occupants must be listed on the application.
Failure to do so can result in denial or fines, even after move-in. - We recommend touring the property in person prior to applying.
- Homes are rented AS-IS unless otherwise agreed to in writing before signing the lease.
- Confirm all important details (utilities, pet policy, etc.) before submitting your application.
