• Below 560: Not eligible

• 560–620: May be approved with a co-signer

• Above 620: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis (assuming income criteria are met)

• Evictions or collections typically lead to denial

3. Applicant Guidelines

• Every person aged 18+ must submit a separate application

• All intended occupants must be listed—failure to do so can result in denial or fines (even after move-in)

• We recommend viewing the property in person.

• Homes are rented AS-IS unless otherwise agreed before signing the lease.
