You are required to obtain renter’s insurance with the liability coverage being at least $300,000. The insurance agent will be able to email you proof of insurance, which you will need to forward to us. This is required to be uploaded in your RESIDENT PORTAL before you can move in. If you do not have an insurance company, we suggest you speak with:
