Resident Benefits Package

RESIDENT BENEFITS PACKAGE – $19 per month 

The Resident Benefits Package is designed to provide protection and convenience to our Residents. Providing our Residents with exceptional service and optimal benefits throughout their tenancy is our top priority. The Resident Benefits Package offers added convenience and costs savings to our Residents. We consistently work to keep the cost of these services and benefits as low as possible.  This package is an additional $19 per month (in addition to the monthly rental amount). If you choose to enroll in the Package, it will be for the entirety of your Contract, including any additional extensions or signing of any new Contract for the Property. Your Resident Benefits Package includes the following features: 

1. Administrative Fee. Benefit: The $125 administrative fee will be waived.

2. Resident Portal. Benefit: You have 24/7 access to your Resident Portal to submit maintenance requests, pay online using all included payment options including paying online, as well as access to electronic documents.

3. Multiple Payment Options. Benefit: You will be enrolled to make payments via check, online, or with Electronic Cash Payslip (“ECP”) at any of the convenient payment locations. There are hundreds of ECP locations throughout the area: 7-Eleven, CVS, Family Dollar, Ace Cash Express, etc. *Some payment options will require an additional fee paid directly to the service company.

4. 24/7 Maintenance Hotline with Live Phone Support. Benefit: Direct link to call, any time, for emergency maintenance concerns.

5. Air Filter Delivery. Benefit: Once per quarter we will conveniently mail air filters for you to install throughout your rental home. Let us know if you have a medical need for special allergen filters.

6. Periodic Property Visits. Benefit: Throughout the year we will schedule periodic visits for us to come check on the Premises and make sure you are okay and see if there is anything in particular that you need that you may not have already asked.
