Timely and reliable payouts

We understand how important it is for your rental income to arrive on time. Here’s how our payout process works:

Regular payouts: Owner distributions are processed on the 20th of every month.
Non-business days: If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, payouts will be made on the next business day.
Late rent: If a tenant pays rent late, we’ll process your payout on the 26th of the month.

This system ensures immediate response to limit property damage and protect tenant safety—no waiting until the next business day.
