Grace Period: To offer flexibility, we provide a 5-day grace period. After this, a 5% late fee is applied on the 6th.

Eviction Readiness: If rent is still unpaid and no communication has occurred by the 15th, we are prepared to file for eviction proceedings on the 16th of the month. Our goal is to protect your interests while following all legal protocols.
