Application Requirements

Fee: 99$

Documents: Valid photo ID, proof of income, & rental references covering past 3 years

Financials:

Income must be ≥ 3× monthly rent

Security deposit + first month’s rent required before move-in; wired only (no other payment methods accepted)

Lease: Signed lease required to hold the property

Credit Standards

Below 560: Not eligible

560–620: May be approved with a co-signer

Above 620: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis (assuming income criteria are met)

Evictions or collections typically lead to denial

Applicant Guidelines

Every person aged 18+ must submit a separate application

All intended occupants must be listed—failure to do so can result in denial or fines (even after move-in)

We recommend viewing the property in person.

Homes are rented AS-IS unless otherwise agreed before signing the lease.

Clarify anything important (e.g., utilities, pet policy) before applying
