Decks, fences, and railings solid and secure (no rot or loose boards)
Gutters, siding, and roofs in good repair — no leaks or wood rot
Exterior doors fitted with Kwikset SmartKey locks for security
Working exterior lighting and visible house numbers
Mailbox clean, stable, and properly labeled
Interior standards
A clean, fresh interior sets the tone for your rental.
Professionally cleaned and free of all personal items and odors
Fresh paint throughout — no mismatched touch-ups or patch marks
Flooring clean and safe (no tears, stains, or tripping hazards)
Blinds on all privacy windows (no curtains)
Interior doors functional and keyless (privacy locks only)
Light fixtures, switches, and outlets all working and covered
Smoke and CO detectors installed with 10-year sealed batteries
Kitchens & bathrooms
Tenants expect — and deserve — functionality and cleanliness.
Cabinets and drawers open smoothly and are secure
Countertops free of burns, cracks, and delamination
All plumbing fixtures working properly with no leaks
Toilets, tubs, and showers clean and functional

Each rental must include:
Refrigerator, stove/oven (and built-in microwave or dishwasher if space allows)

HVAC filters replaced, fridge filters changed, and system serviced
Garage doors functioning with working safety sensors and remotes
Pest & safety standards
We ensure a clean and secure environment before any move-in.
