When Jay and Marc White bought their first investment properties, they managed them the same way they managed their real estate team: with extreme ownership, clear systems, and a deep respect for people. As friends and community members watched how they cared for their rentals, they began asking for help with their own.
Fifteen properties later, Jay and Marc realized they weren’t accidentally managing rentals — they were building something meaningful. And when the property management company they’d been referring clients to began poaching those same clients, the choice became obvious:

That is how WPM was born —
